Vendor management software

Know every vendor, not just their invoices.

Onboarding a supplier is where the relationship starts. Questr keeps each vendor's services, contracts, spend, SLAs, business reviews, risk assessments and remediation work on one record, so you can manage the relationship over time, not only at renewal.

Why it matters

One record for the whole relationship.

Procurement, risk, finance and the business owner all look at the same vendor record. Each team keeps its own controls, but no one has to rebuild the picture from separate trackers.

Onboarding

Onboard suppliers without the email chase.

A new-vendor request goes through intake and approval. The supplier completes their own details through a secure onboarding link. Possible duplicates are caught before a second record is created, and the new supplier is checked against the OFAC sanctions list.

  • Supplier self-service onboarding by secure link
  • Duplicate supplier detection
  • Sanctions screening against the OFAC SDN list
Vendor 360

A vendor scorecard built from real data.

Each vendor's scorecard brings together SLA status, business-review history, open risk flags and recent spend, beside the services and contracts they provide. Business owners are named on the record, and every change is in the audit trail.

  • SLA status and business-review history
  • Open risk flags and the latest risk assessment
  • Trailing spend, active contracts and critical services

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

What is vendor management software?

Vendor management software helps an organisation select, onboard, monitor and review its suppliers. It covers performance, contracts, risk and spend over the whole relationship. Questr also links each vendor to the purchase orders, invoices and projects they are part of.

What is the difference between vendor management and supplier management?

The terms are often used interchangeably. Questr keeps one supplier record and shows it in two ways: Suppliers for commercial details, and Vendor Management for governance (SLAs, reviews, risk and remediation). The two never fall out of step.

Can suppliers update their own details?

Yes. Suppliers complete onboarding through a secure link, and invited suppliers answer sourcing events through the supplier portal. Neither needs an internal Questr account.
